Mitchell Engel (he/him)

Mitchell Engel is a partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon. He represents clients in complex litigations, spanning multiple practice areas, including product liability, personal injury, environmental, consumer fraud, and antitrust. He is valued by clients and colleagues for his strategic approach to litigation. Mitch uses the analytical skills he honed while pursuing his undergraduate and master’s degrees in mathematics to understand the technical and scientific aspects of complicated litigations. Prior to practicing law at Shook, Mitch graduated first in his class from law school and clerked for Judge Fenner, a federal judge, for two years.
