David Sotelo (he/him/él)

David Sotelo is the Director of Strategic Growth for the City of Hutchinson. His background includes seminary study, youth programming, and advocacy through community-based roles. David’s journey from Mexico to Hutchinson is a story of adversity and finding safety in a new community. David draws from his lived experience to build inclusive communities where everyone belongs and has the opportunity to thrive.
