Will you join the fight?

Registration for these summits is now closed. Check back for future events in your area.

Help more Kansas kids access and participate in Child Nutrition Programs
Since 2014, we've worked across Kansas to increase the number of communities with Summer Food Service Program sites, which provide free meals to youth in qualifying low-income areas. We're also working to increase participation in school breakfast,  afterschool meals, and the community eligibility provision by forming coalitions, identifying target numbers of schools and sites, and advocating for participation.

Reduce hunger by connecting more Kansans with food assistance
Through identifying barriers to participation and implementing strategies for overcoming those barriers, we're making so more Kansans can access Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits.

Engaging more Kansans to take action through anti-hunger advocacy
We're working with partner organizations and members of our Hunger Action Team, we're taking action and advocating for policies that will benefit Hungry Kansans.
