In response to the impacts of COVID-19, Governor Kelly issued an executive order (No. 20-10), which prohibits certain evictions or foreclosures if they are caused directly or indirectly by the pandemic - This moratorium has been extended to Jan. 26, 2021.

Executive order (No. 20-05), which temporarily prohibited utility and internet disconnects not previously covered by the Kansas Corporation Commission's suspension of utilities under its authority, is no longer in place.
